Title: 3 new projects

Centipede, Galaga and Exciting Hour.
So far I stripped the bad NeoGeo conversion off and out of the Centipede, Exciting Hour has a monitor problem, and Galaga seems to have major issues aside from a crappy shell of a cabinet.

The Galaga used to be a Mayday, the only info I found was a label behind the coin door.

Excting Hour the bezel was reversed, and there is still a sliver of Time Pilot art work peeking around the sides of the coin door.

I plan on doing a full restore on the Centipede, but not 100% on the other two, the Galaga is in really bad shape, if I can get the board working correctly I'd like to get and actual Galaga cab and do a full restore, thinking about turning one of the others into a mame cab. I'm still new to this stuff, so any and all suggestions and help will be appreciated.

Since the galaga cabinet isn't an original one, you should probably turn that one into a Mame cabinet. Your Exiting hour cabinet looks like a converted frogger or time pilot, which would be good to restore back to one of them.

Yeah thats the direction Im heading with the Galaga cab right now. I wish the other was Frogger, haven't played Time Pilot yet, try and find online.
