I am not sure what would cause the green color to be out and the image to be slanted on my MK4 cabinet. Is this something a full cap kit would fix? Sorry if this is a bad question, I just don't know where to start. The wires from the Jamma harness to the connector on the monitor seem fine.

Sounds like it's out of convergence. Pics?

or possibly yoke has slipped off home position

I will get pics up. Do I need pics of the chassis and tube areas as well as the display?

Can anyone help me identify the chassis? I would like to send it off to get repaired, if anyone believes that is the problem...

looks like a u5000 or u2000
anyway just looks like green drive transistor is shot-most likely broken trace or dry solder joint on neck card

How would one go about fixing this issue? I am guessing a chassis repair and cap kit won't take care of this problem.

you would need to remove the neck card cover and check for broken tracks and then use a multimeter to check the transistor
