Title: Add wires to edge connector / JAMMA harness?

I have a Ms Pacman / Galaga Class of 1981 reunion machine.  I have swapped in the new Phoenix Arcade SD board to have more games available than the 3 that are normal for this cabinet.  (Very fun!)

I want to wire in a replacement control panel with a trackball that I bought from MikesArcade.com (excellent place to do business with).
In order to do this I need to access the player 2 joystick inputs on the JAMMA harness.  The problem is that because this is a Ms Pacman / Galaga machine they didn’t include those wires on the harness.

Looking at the JAMMA harness edge connector it looks like it might be possible for me (with the right pieces) to add the connections that I need.
Can someone point me to the resources I need to figure out how to add these wires to the edge connector?
