As the subject states. Been thinking about getting a spray gun, just don't know how difficult it can be.
-
Spray painting perspex isn't all that hard, what i did, i sprayed my basel for my screen, take masking tape, mask the screen area out, i used black, give it one coat at a time, wait for it to dry, it might need 3 to 4 coats. Now, make sure that the painted area is on the back side of the perspex.
And there you go, bob's your uncle.

STOP! STOP!
I'm already tortured enough writing in assembly, must you introduce Sadomasochism too?

I think you should go back and read what I wrote... Im talking about spraying latex paint from a paint gun instead of rolling.

I used a spray gun w/ latex for my first cab, and tried on my 2nd. Didn't like it at all, too hard to get even coats without lumps or drips. But then again, I might just suck at painting (most likely). My goal from now on is to only use primer, vinyl art and black spray paint, depending on the part of the cab.

Latex requires a decent clear coat.

Oh sorry man.
Well, when i built my cabinet, my paint also didn't come out 100% but not to bad either.
I just used a normal paint brush, and a black paint by plascon which requires no primer. I'll go look in my garage later if i can find it, then I'll take a photo of the paint container and upload it, personaly i think that's the best and easiest way to go.
