Title: Arcade VGA 3000

Does this card only work on arcade monitors or crt's? Or can I use this and will it be effective on a newer lcd pc monitor?

it has a dvi output and I have been able to use it just fine with LCD monitors

So does it give the effect of old scan lines and run older games in CGA(15k)Low resolution?
