Title: APB monitor help
Post by: urgeboy on March 12, 2012, 07:55:47 pm
Ok, so I have an APB machine that I have been trying to fix up. The big hang up has been the monitor. I finally broke down and bought a new monitor from a guy. It's a  wells gardner 19k3102. The only problem is that the plug runing from the power supply that should run into the monitor doesnt seem to be able to plug in anywhere. This is a medium resolution monitor right?

it should work yes.

use theses to help you get it all powerd and the video connected.

http://www.wellsgardner.com/pdf/spec/U3100.pdf (http://www.wellsgardner.com/pdf/spec/U3100.pdf)
http://www.wellsgardner.com/pdf/Schematics/U3100_19_inch.pdf (http://www.wellsgardner.com/pdf/Schematics/U3100_19_inch.pdf)

on the 15 pin D-sub use:

pin 1 red
pin 2 green
pin 3 blue
pin 4 ground

pin 13 H-synk
or
pin 14 V synk

for the power use connector:

P601 it's AC so polarity does not matter.
but ground if you use it is in the center of the molex connector.
use the two outer pins for pos/neg.

Peace
