Title: Best lcd monitor for a multicade
Post by: Projammer on March 07, 2012, 11:27:59 am
I built a 60-in-1 for myself using mostly leftovers that were collecting dust on a shelf and some cheap shelving.  But now I've got friends and friends of friends that want me to build systems for them too.

I need some advise as to what monitor to put into them.  Specs are pretty loose.  19 to 22 inches.  But will need to auto adjust to the game once it's started.  I'm using a Dell 2001fp that only does manual auto adjust from the OSD.  I normally just set it to the game select screen and then don't worry about black space around the sides of some games.

Thanks!

I'm using the same one in all theree machines that i just built.  I love it and haven't had any issues.  Mine were $80 each on ebay.

I use the Dell 2007fp monitors.  I have two of them, both from caigslist.  One for $45 and the other for $40.  One of mine is PVA and the other is IPS.  Both look excellent.
