New guy here trying not to electrocute himself or blow up a machine. I just had the Sanyo monitor recapped and the picture looks great now except for a couple of small problems.
First up...the whole picture is shifted to the right of the screen and the typical adjustments (horizontal, vert etc.) don't do anything to fix it.
Secondly...the picture is twisted on the screen just a bit. Not much but just enough to be annoying.
I'm guessing they are related and from what I can find it may be a yolk adjustment...which I can't find any real specific details on how to adjust it.
Any ideas on how to solve the problem would be appreciated. Thanks.

you would need to rotate the yoke slightly to correct the position issue, you would need to be careful doing this as you need to undo the yoke fixing clip and then when you turn back on the power you need to rotate the yome by hand(wear rubber gloves),once happy with yoke position you have retighten clip but do not over tighten or you will crack the tube
have you tried vr362 for your right of screen issue?
