I wonder if anyone here know how to get the picture so it fills the entire screen when I connect my PC to my CRT_TV when I run soft_15khz.
I get a good picture but the problem is that I want to calibrate the image so the entire desktop is visible in windows. I've tried via the service menu on my TV but it dont work as I want?
For example when I plug in my Super Nintendo in my TV, I can easily calibrerate the picture perfect from the service menu. All help is appreciated

im having the same problem just on a diff hand. i have to use my video cards tv controls to resize the desktop area as the tv has too much overscan and i dont have the remote to get into the service menu to fix it in there. I would say to check the video drivers control panel to see what tv control options you have. also depending on connection depends on the controls you can use from the video card. for example my geforce 8500gt when running over svideo lets me adjust the position of the screen, scaling, and size. but when over component it only lets me adjust the scaling and size.

some tv sets are not allowing geometry settings via osd while in rgb av mode. u have to switch to channel 1 , resize the image , switch back to av and check . it can be annoying sometimes .

@retronerd: What brand and model of TV are you using? That might give us some clues... Also, what type of connection are you using between the TV and your PC?

::) Tell me about it! I found a Grundig on the side of the road that was like that (CUC 2050 perhaps? Not sure off hand...) and it was a right pain to get the sizing sorted. Had to adjust, save settings, exit service menu, change back to AV, check, repeat, repeat...
