Title: Typical posting pictures problem

I would like to post pictures to the Posting Pictures Thread for use in my project announcement but there is no Reply option for me to add them to the thread.  What am I missing?  Thanks

Which thread are you trying to reply to? One of them is locked and a new one was started.

I thought it was the latest since the first read:
