I've just got hold of this monitor and I'm trying to set it up with my system and it all seems to be working great using the first three lines of the D9200 setting (I'm sure it could be more accurate though) but now Hyperspin refuses to load. This usually happens when there are more than 103 or so modelines generated by VMMaker but it says it's generating 103 just like before. So what might be happening here? The extra 31k and 24k resolutions are not being counted or something?
Here's the manual for the monitor btw if you need any info on that: http://wiki.arcadeotaku.com/images/4/4b/Wei-ya_M3192D_manual.pdf (http://wiki.arcadeotaku.com/images/4/4b/Wei-ya_M3192D_manual.pdf)
Also I got the proper service manual for the Nanao MS9 now so I can give you all the info on that you need to make an accurate setting now :)

Hi retrorepair,
When using Hyperspin, my advice is to always use the magic resolution method. Otherwise, using less than 120 modes for a multisync monitor will create a very uncomplete mode list.
I'm interested in all the manuals you can provide, thanks :)

What's the magic resolution method? Must have missed that one
I'll be scanning the manual probably tomorrow or Monday. I'm surprised it wasn't already out there to be honest.

Looks like I spoke too soon anyway, 24khz isn't working right, it's interlaced and squashed.

Anyway, the interesting part of manuals is the timing charts, when present, or at least some timing information. The Wei-ya's manual you posted has none of them.

Ah crap yeah I see what you mean. Not sure the Nanao manual has anything interesting for you either except maybe refesh rate info.
I got it working with 90 modelines anyway, more than enough for a vert setup I guess. Roll on Hyperspin 2.0!
I'll post here when the Nanao manual is uploaded anyway.
