I just hooked up my iPac with Mala and the games list skips. Instead off going one by one, it will skip multiple games in the list and land on a random one. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using a Hotrod by chance? This has been a recurring problem in my upright cab. Go to notepad and see if one flick of the joy gives you multiple key presses, which it does for me. There might be something weird going on with the ps/2 pass thru keyboard if you have that kind of setup.
In my case, it doesn't seem to matter during games, but in the mala menus and to set up key assignments in some emulators the multiple key registers is a huge pain! I've tried to mess with windows properties about keyboard repeating with no luck.
Please do post if you solve this problem, as it might be helpful.

It is a lot simpler than both you and I think it is. After tinkering around with Mala and my controls all morning long i finally figured out all the bugs in the system. MaLa by default is set to page by 10 when you are using another input besides a genuine keyboard. Go to the
Options/Configuration > Controller > Options > Uncheck the box that says " Use one page for interval" > Then manually type in "1" in both the " Up Interval" and " Down Interval" Boxes
Hope this helps. Also make sure that your joystick is set so only when it is closed, it sends a signal. I can not tell you exactly how to do that as each joystick is different, Just tinker around with the Joystick, because that was my problem.
