Just saw it today. Very good movie. Had some intense moments. I didnt like the ending, but all in all, I would recommend it. Definitely not a chick flick, unless your chick likes movies that leave you on the edge of the seat, waiting for the next "jump out of your seat" moment.
Also a few gory scenes.
