Make a shortcut to MA, and put drag the file in you startup folder. You can find the folder in your start menu.  8)

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"ParseAutoexec"="1"
"ExcludeProfileDirs"="Local Settings;Temporary Internet Files;History;Temp"
"BuildNumber"=dword:00000a28
"shell"="C:\MAX 2.10\Frontend\Maximus Arcade.EXE"

Save that as a .reg file.  Double click to run and there you have Maximus (or any other app) running as the shell :)
