This is the door that I have:

I got it for $1 off of ebay.
Does anyone have any idea what brand this door is, and also what coin mechs would fit this door?
When the door is hooked up can I also have pushbuttons that will insert coins?

Looks like a Coin Controls door. Where's the frame?

Is that all you got... just the door and no frame? Looks like the top door of an over-under door.

Yeah this is the only part I got. I only paid $1 though so even if its not usable I didn't lose out or anything.

Well, if it's just for looks, you could probably trace the shape out, route out a hole, mount it in there, and use it that way, with lights and switches. Not functional as a door, but I bet cosmetically no one except for a hard-core enthusiast would know.

That looks like part of a Coin Controls over/under coin door, as seen here: http://www.arcade-museum.com/game_detail.php?game_id=10218 (http://www.arcade-museum.com/game_detail.php?game_id=10218) . With a little ingenuity you could totally still use those parts to make a fully functional coin door. Much of the room in the "top" half is taken up by the coin mech. Since you presumably won't need to worry about rejecting slugs, you could just wire a trigger switch on what you have of the coin chute and have it dump into a cup right in there.
