Title: Software for recording video snaps
Post by: StriderDSO on January 09, 2012, 07:58:24 pm
I wanted to make a short video clip of the assorted PC games I have on my cab for my front end. So my question is, what app is best suited to making simple videos containing a few short snaps of various games and then linking them together? Thanks.

how about youtube ? This would be my take (it's easier, cause it's already captured)

then use your fav program for editing and putting/linking it together.

+1

Video capture for low end stuff like classic mame games takes a toll on a system, I can only imagine doing it on a full-fledged pc game.  There are several utilites and such out there for ripping youtube videos, just google it.

Google fraps. Low drain on system resources, free to try (watermark) and cheap to buy
