Shows how to wire LEDs up to the PAC-Drive. If you want them individually controlled, your grounds are hooked up wrong. If you don't want them individually controlled, you don't need a PAC-Drive.

If using 5V (I know, you have 12V LEDs, but they can be ran off 5V), run your wires like this:

If using 12V (from the computer's power supply), run your wires like this:

Notice each ground from each LED goes to its own terminal on the PAC-Drive. You need to at least rewire your grounds. I don't know how much simpler I can make this, do you want me to draw a picture? Oh, wait... :banghead:

:applaud: now that i understand !!! i just needed to know what wire go's to the pac drive it does not say that on the site !!! thank you so much :notworthy:  sorry i am slow ! not to bright  hard for me to understand the simplest things :dunno thanks again

Also, it's hard to tell what is going on in your third pic, but it looks like you are tapping into the connector with the blue and white wires. If that's the case, it looks like you've tapped into 5V from the computer's power supply. The yellow wire is 12V. If you're satisfied with the brightness of the LEDs at 5V, you don't need to tap into the computer's power supply at all, you can just run your positive wire straight from the PAC-Drive like in the first pic to your LEDs and they will get their power via USB. If I have mistaken what was going on in your third pic, ignore all this.
