Title: WG 25K7000 with static - Is it normal?

I notice there's a little static at the front of the monitor, k7000 25" that is. I reinstalled the chassis and then I noticed the static, I'm not sure if it was there before...

Is static normal? And would an improper ground would cause this? What else?

static is quite normal
just check the dag earth is connected to the neck card
