So my original Ms. Pacman Cocktail machine has just been moved from the previous owner to my In-Laws and when I fired it up for the 1st time the monitor has just a horizontal line. I can hear sound when I add test credits.
Anyone know what may have gone wrong or been disconnected in the move?

Any help would be much appreciated....

Open it up and check all the fuses with a multimeter for continuity
Reset all connectors and check for any obvious problems like a pin that has receded inside the molex connectors
Check to make sure the monitor neck board did not come loose during the move
Report back
If everything checks out good it looks as though you are see a horizontal collapse
Well need to know what kind on monitor is in it.
Cap kit usually clears this kind of thing up

Yeah thats a weird one because Horizonal collapse doesn't usually show like that because the high voltage unit and all that are on the horizontal circuit, so you will usually get no video.
Does the game play blind?
Like Gatordad said, check all connections and reseat them all.
Definitely see if the game coins up and if you can hear it playing without the video

Bad solder on the main board in the H section. The H osc and output is running, but the yoke is not getting what it needs.

This.
Reflow the joints on the monitor chassis.

Yes a bad solder would explain it. Right now the cab got bumped and it magically started working. I made some adjustments at the monitor and it looks better but when you jar the control stick firmly you can see the picture shake and reset itself.
I'll take some high res pics of the inside and videos of its behavior and post them online.
Thank you to everyone for the feedback !
