Picked it up inside a project I'm working on.  Don't need it and wondering if someone else wants it.

Price is $35 shipped in a priority box with tracking and insurance.

Let me know if you're interested.  I'll throw in the manual, plastic standoffs, and a connector for the controls unless that is trash to you, I won't use them.
