So my girlfriend has been making custom jewelry for years.  Shes really good at it and is running some specials right now for Christmas.

Earrings $6.00 a pair
Bracelets and Anklets $8.00
Necklaces $10.00

She has tons and tons of beads and can make anything of any size.  Give her a color scheme and she will help make your daughter or your wife pretty happy for Christmas.  :)

I bought a pair very similar to the 2nd from the bottom for my wife.  I paid more than $6.
