Title: Hantarex Polo Black lines

I bought this game and the monitor was dead the owner said it was arcing. I replaced the flyback and recapped it now I have black lines through the left of the screen. Has anyone ever experienced this? The flow chart says caps should have fixed the problem.

From the picture you posted it looks like the screen control is turned up to high, but sometimes that's hard to tell from a jpeg computer pic. The black line may just be your horizontal position is to far to the right causing it to fold over on the left side. You may have accidentally placed the wrong value cap in the wrong location as well. Double check your work.
