Title: Controllers are not that responsive...mame, software, or hardware issue?
Post by: upper2bits on December 06, 2011, 12:28:19 pm
I'm using the UltraStik 360 controllers which are really nice but in some games(street fighter) they don't always work that well. I've set the diagonals to easy diagonals in UltraMap but it seems to not help. Should I set this to analog, is this a mame issue?  When I'm in UltraMap and move the controller around everything seems to work fine but in game I still have issues.

What kind of screen are you using? LCD TV's can cause lag in response. Try on another monitor and see if it is still an issue.

It's not lag...if I hold the controller in one direction the guy should move but he doesn't [sometimes]
