I have one, like $25 shipped, gifted through paypal. No cables, instructions, etc. Just the card (drivers are available online).

I have one as well, with cable and instructions/driver cd. Let me know if the previous offer doesn't pan out. Mine is new. I bought it for an old mono I was oing to use and it died before I could build it. Now sporting a pcie so I don't need it.
