Title: Lighting CP Art

I'm planning on having LEDs behind my DP art to light up specific sections. What kind of material should/can I have my artwork printed on to allow this?

Are you going to put plexi on top of your CP?
If so, you could use Translite/Backlight material like on a Marquee.

Yup. I'm working on the plexi now.
