Try your local Craigslist.  Some people are dumping large CRT monitors in favor of LCDs.  I just got a 22" NEC multisync for $10 locally.

I think the digital multisync ones were 27". The Wells D9200 is, but I don't know about any others. Not sure if those will fit in your cab.

I have a 27" betson mutisync I would sell it almost brand new.   But it would have to be picked up, I would never ship it.
