Title: CRT Glow in HLSL Settings???

Im fairly happy with my scanline effect and jitter i have now for my HLSL setup, but want i would really like is the glow that you get with CRT displays now i understand this is possible effect to get with HLSL. Anyone share their settings that emulate this glow sprite effect??
