Title: Mame default button - KBD F8 wired to IPAC4

For some reason when I am configuring the mapping in MAME using the tab button, one of my Tempest buttons wired to 3SW8 keeps mapping it to the KBD F8 which I believe is causing the MAME GUI32 to stop working. Is there a way to set the Ipac4. Back to factory defaults? The other button is mapped to 1SW6 and and maps it to "x" and works fine.

Appreciate the help.
