Title: Newbie Status.....when can I post/IM in for Sale topics?

Hello,
I am trying to contact the user:  Vigo

Unfortunately I cannot contact him due to my newbie status.  Can someone assist me in PMing him and let him know I have a few questions on his products he is selling.

I believe you have to make 10 posts in order to become a member. Post around, get your count up really fast, then PM him. Ill go ahead and PM him so you can ask your questions in the meantime.
