Title: does your 3 ds top screen click into position?

Hi guys. So I bought a flame red 3 ds today and the top screen seems sturdy enough and dosent wobble. But... it dosen't click into place. I just sort of goes into position without a sound. Is this how there makeing them now. The black one I played with (when they launched) clicked into position. I just want to make sure its ok so i can take it back to gamestop if need be. Thanks (:

I'm pretty sure they are supposed to click BUT if it is staying in position I don't see the harm. 

Btw it's 3ds or 3DS, not "3 ds"  ;)

Thanks howard. Hmm. I called nintendo and they didnt know if it was normal or not. There supoosed to research it and e mail me. You would think they woukd have this stuff figured out by now but i guess not.

Mine clicks, but it's one of the originals.
