I have a Sound Leisure 30 CD jukebox which has been used coil operated, but i was wondering how to set it to free vend?

hi from what i can see
in the 8 bank dip switch
#8 is set to on
refer to this manual

Hi, where abouts is this dip switch? I do not have a manual.
