i need the pinout of this encoder it says on the main chip version 1.1

Hope this helps.

i passed up that info on another site because the connector 1 is not some 2 columned 8 row connector.
which i hoped that saying its version 1.1 would have yelded me better info.

I guess it depends on what you are going to do. The unconnected buttons such as esc should still exist on one connector and if you are changing controllers you can just trace the wires to reconnect to a new controller. I replaced my HR controller with a keywiz when the HR died and all I did was cut off the wires and reconnect the ones that I needed. The biggest change was daisy chaining the grounds since the HR controller has multiple grounds.

i was given this. this is just the encoder

I got a hot rod stick all connected in the auction if you are patient I can find it and take a picture :) Isn't the hot rod controller one of the mame built in controllers
-
If you just have the controller then establish the ground pin in each bank. Should be the same one on each connector and test each pin on the connector to ground and make up a list of your outputs using a keyboard test program such as keyscan so you can see the alt ctl and non visible keys.
