Title: Security Breach at Wells Gardner Watch your credit!

Received a letter in the mail today

Hackers broke into the Wells Gardner customer database and stole
Names address, passwords credit card info etc, All the personal information has been compromised and is in the hands of thieves.

If you ever bought anything from WG your info was in their database so be alert and watch your statements for any suspicious activity.

They gave numbers and of the 3 credit reporting agencies

I am going to call in the morning and find out more.

And they notified you by mail to give the thieves a couple extra days to use your credit cards before you cancel them?

Protects them. They have documentation that they've notified you which I believe is the law.

I might think an email, with mail follow-up, prudent.
