Title: MAME 0.139 64bit?

My ROMs are all version 0.139 and now that I've got PC components to put together my MAME machine I was hoping to run a 64bit version of the software. I can find 64bit versions for the last couple releases but not for 0.139. Am I simply not seeing it or do I need a newer release?

If that is the case, will my 0.139 ROMs work with a mismatched MAME version like 0.143?
