Places like www.arcadeshop.com (http://www.arcadeshop.com) sell replacement leaf switches.
This place http://www.arcadeshop.de/product_info.php?item_number=1034&products_id=1006&language=en (http://www.arcadeshop.de/product_info.php?item_number=1034&products_id=1006&language=en)
sells repo sticks so you may want to contact them to see if they sell just the switches. Looks like they are in Europe.
If you can't find the right ones, you can buy the parts to make your own leaf switches. That way you could make sure the leafs are the proper length. Check pinball places too. They generally have a lot of leaf switch parts.
