Title: Rotate WahCade in Groovymame
Post by: strontium on October 10, 2011, 11:22:52 am
Hi can anyone help me with this question, I have a fresh build using GroovyMame which works great, the only thing that I'm having problems with is that my cab is only for vertical games and I don't seem to be able to get WahCade to rotate 90 degrees to fit a vertical monitor setup . The games run correctly and rotate fine it just seems to be the frontend which won't play dice. I have assigned the key to rotate the retro black theme but it does nothing. Is this a bug or am I missing something. I have noticed when I start wahcade from the command line it mentions that PIL (Python Image Libary) is missing and so will not support rotated images. I am using the latest LIVECD ISO 1.565

Any help will be really appreciated

Have you tried posting in the Wahcade forum: http://www.anti-particle.com/wahcade.shtml (http://www.anti-particle.com/wahcade.shtml)

You need to rotate everything, no just the frontend and mame. I used two wahcade configurations:  normal for horizontal games and a modified layout wahcade-tate for vertical games
