Title: Captain America and the Avengers CPO + marquee

Hey Everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone could possibly have Captain America and the Avengers CPO + marquee?  I want to use this for my 4 player cabinet.  Does anyone know where I could find it? or has a scan of it?
