So how often do you give your cabs some cleaning and maintenance? And how far do you go in keeping your cabs clean and good as new?
Do you only dust it off once in a while or do you go as far as repainting it?
Is a damp cloth good enough, or do you put on some yellow gloves and break out the brand name cleaners and all?

when something stops working it gets fixed.
Thats about it lol
I dont want it looking brand new frankly

The monitor tube and glass gets cleaned regularly. Maybe once every month or two...whenever I notice dust buildup. Other than that....I don't do much to it.

I clean mine when I'm expecting company, mostly. Sometimes even less often than that. Doesn't take much. Usually just some dusting, sometimes a little Windex on the glass, Lysol wipes on the controls, and make sure no cobwebs have built up inside.
I tend to play test it about as often I clean it, to make sure all the emulators are running as they did the time before. There's nothing more embarrassing than showing the cabinet off to a guest (or guests), and encountering some fatal video driver issue that you swear didn't exist last time you checked.

If it breaks it gets fixed otherwise only dusting is required and finger print removal from the plexi.
