Title: Measurement Help: Fast and the Furious Upright Cab (Cruis'n, etc)

I'm working on a (gutted) Fast and the Furious upright cabinet and I'm building my own CP.  Can someone with one of these cabs measure something for me? Specifically I'm looking for someone to measure the location of the steering wheel hole on the panel. I'd like to assume that the wheel is centered (both L-R and up-down) but I'll bet I'm wrong.

Upright upright Cruis'n, Cruis'n USA, World, Exotica cabinets look petty similar as well.
