Title: Mala Not displaying fullscreen!??

I have my monitor mounted vertically and set it 1024x1280, i have downloaded the RetroGUI layout for mala but i cannot get it to display fullscreen, it just displays in the top left quater of the display. How can i get it to display full screen?
