Can anyone recommend a KVM switch that will allow me to switch from an XBox 360 to a PC where the switch is separated from the actual KVM so I can mount it to my cabinet?
Thanks

Here is a VGA one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817399056 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817399056)
newegg has tons of them, you just need one with USB and either VGA or HDMI and it should work.

KVM's suck. Or rather, they used to suck. I haven't used one in a while and we use remote access software to log in to computers now. The ones I used had issues with switching different resolutions, losing focus of the PC it's on, needing rebooted, hardware incompatibility etc.
I've used dozens of different ones and they all had a weird quirk or two. You don't really know how it'll work till you hook it up to your specific computers and hardware. I had one that didn't like Microsoft Intellimouse, I had another one that only allowed 1 resolution, and I had one that needed to be reset at random intervals or it locked up.

I use one in my build. No issues so far. Get one that has audio, USB and a remote. I hacked the remote on mine and wired it to a seimitsu button on my cab. The KVM I have is VGA, so I had to get a Xbox VGA cable. You can see the details on what I did in my build thread.

KVMs seem to work for some and not for others. ???
Because of my experiences I gave up on them a long time ago.
