Title: Happ comp same mounting holes as U360 or sanwa?

Right now i have a couple of happ ultimate joysticks in my cab :banghead: and want to replace them with the ultimarc 360 sticks. Are they the same mounting holes?  also it will be mounted under 3/4 mdf and 1/8 plexi so do i need the long shaft?
