Title: classic99 (TI-99) to work in Maximus??

Has anyone gotten the TI-99 emulator "classic99" to work in Maximus?  I guess it sorta works but I am having two issues.  One is that the resolution when in the FE doesn't seem to be compatable with my monitor??  It works fine when I run it from the desktop but not when in the maximus. 

Second is how do the roms/games work?  The games come with the emulator?
