Hello everyone!!! Does anybody knows where can I get a pre-made Contol Panel, like the one shown on the picture below???
Thanks

That's not a premade CP. That's a fiberglass one with modules, it's in the project announcements somewhere.
Not sure where you could get JUST CP stands. Maybe you can get Showcase cabinets without the monitor part.

Thanks SirPoonga!!!! I did not know if that was a pre-made cp of somekind.... does anyone any clues where I could find plans for a stand-alone cp stand???? I would like to build one, and any help will be appreciated!!!!

Just a thought, a musician's keyboard stand would likely make a good base for a large stand alone control panel.

I was going to suggest the exact same thing.
There are even 2 tier keyboard stands, the upper tier could be for your monitor. ;D

You might find that a piano stand strong enought for a control panel would cost more then building one yourself.
That one looks pretty wabbly... bad for a pedistal stand.

Are you referring to the pedestal in the pic?
Its not. Not at all.

Thanks guys!! Does anyone know of any project with plans for building a CP stand??? I would rather not to use a keyboard stand, because I think it will move a lot while playing with the CP...... Anyother suggestions are welcome ;D

BTW, whose ever set up that is, change your aspect ratio in the ini file to 16:9 :)
There really isn't much to building one. It's just a box on a box. It's person preference on how high and angle you want the CP to be.

I'm actually about to design 1 for my neighbor.
I'll put together some plans, drawings, etc if there is any interest.
I'll start a post this weekend to discuss all the details & ideas.
I'm thinking something like the attached image though...
(He wants to put all his consoles on the shelves...)
I'll probably be hacking PS controllers for the controls.

I'm using an old storage trunk for mine. I'm still in the middle of building it though. It's stable enough, and portable too!

dude that's cool!
I guess in your case BYOAC means BRING your own arcade controls.
nice. reminds me of those PC gamers who build their gaming pc's into suitcases to travel to Quake tourneys.

That is pretty slick!
I've been wanting to do something like that, but I'd want to build the PC into it too.
Just have the power, video, & audio cables coming out.

Thank you, portability was my intent. I'll create a proper project page and submission once I have the PC mounted inside the base (hopefully this weekend).

Why do you need plans? This was pretty much free hand... just a bit crooked.
