I see you've found Mission Control's version.

Awesome! What's the backstory?

The traffic light was found at a yardsale in Virginia. It was $100.  Eventually it will get cleaned up, new lights installed, and will go in the gameroom.

The PPII came up on CL yesterday.  I emailed the guy almost as soon as he posted it.  It was $100.  It's complete with monitor, just no game board.  He delivered it to me for $20 gas money, which was worth it.

It needs some work, but nothing too major, mainly at the front corners.  There is no water damage.  You can tell it was in an arcade, it has some cigarette burns, as well as a Texas tax sticker from 1996.

I owe my wife one, since I let the last one slip away on eBay for a measly $25...   :banghead:

Thats funny - you have a PPII marquee and PP1 sideart.  There's a guy here thats selling a working PP1 with marquee with PPII sideart vinyl overlaid on the pp1 art ($350).  Put them both together, let Malenko take a few sharp corners with them both, and you've got a project (projects).

That one's been a long time coming!
Gonna look for an original board or run mame?

(I've thought of you every time I saw a Pole Position for under $200 locally here  :lol  )

Why do you have empty space in your garage???

Both mine and the wife's cars were pulled out at the time...

I have all the correct PP1 parts...  bezel, marquee, and decal for the plastic piece, so this is getting converted back to PPI.

Malenko might be hooking me up with some pcb's...

To tell the wife if she is on crash course with something.
Green: go ahead
Orange: brake! You're gonna crash! Turn off engine, step out the car, and ask the man to handle it from there.
Red: You ---smurfette--- You killed my cab!

Why are you storing cars in your garage?

 ???

What else should I be storing in there?  I've got a big house...

Plus, the sun here in AZ isn't all that nice to paint jobs.

more storage means you need to keep more stuff!  :P

You need to at least have mounts of garage tools, piles of useless automotive fluids, oily flammible rags, posters of hot women and signs for cold beer. Added points for any broken items you can stuff in. A traffic light is a start, but your garage looks kinda....clean. It's weird.  :dunno

Congrats on the PP, BTW!
