Title: Cant get HLSL to work??

Hi guys, I'm struggling to get HLSL to work in Mameui32 143.

When I open the ini folder, there isnt a settings file - just a dir file which states ' ini files go here' in notepad.

I've downloaded and installed the DirectX9 files.

Tried it on three XP machines - running SP3.

Any ideas as I'm pulling my hair out and really think HLSL will make a difference...

Go to run in start menu and type cmd
Go to the make directory and type mame -cc
This will make mame.ini for you in the same directory
