Title: Cockatial 2 player split screen

This might seem a really dumb question but there is a splitscreen option with one side turned upside down for vertical cocktail cabs. I have used the tab cocktail mode in some games it flips for player 2 others it doesnt work. For horizontal shooters  in coop mode what options do I need to use in mame32 u103 to split the screen for players 1 and 2. I can also edit ini files if needed.

From what I have heard, they only bond with one player.

Not sure what you mean bond. All I am looking for is the option to spilit horizontal shooters and rotate one of the images when the controls are at either end of the table for 2 player coop mode.

unless im missing something here: press tab from within mame, choose Video Options from the menu, then enable cocktail mode

This should give you a split screen with the correct orientation for each player.

Cockatail = bird

Press tab in mame, then choose Video Options -> Cocktail. This will split the screen.
