Title: Help removing banner/bezel?

Hi,

I am not sure what it is called but there is a banner or bezel saying something like "NEOGEO featuring SNK ...." at the top of Metal Slug 5 when I run it. I have gone into mame config vis the mala configuration dialogue abd turned off bexels, additional artwork etc. and it does not seem to have any effect.

Is it possible to run Metal slug without this banner at the top and if so can someone tell me what I have to do?

Sounds like a Mame question really.

All MaLa does is act as an editor the mame.ini file.

I would look at options in that file and ask the mame people

Are you using any other programm that could show a bezel...like cp viewers?

load up a game in mala and press the tab button to bring up setting you can hide bezels...i,ve only set mine up the other day,you don,t know how to sort layouts out do you...?

I thought the bezel was programmed in to play horizontal games on a vertical display. If there is a setting that gets rid of it and expands the game, that would be great.
