Title: Aimtrak 2nd button

anybody ever manage to get the second button on an Aimtrak gun to work with mame? i'm losing my mind tryimg to figure out how.

It works fine for me as rt mouse button.  I don't recall doing anything special.

I never had any issues.  I use all 3 buttons. Did you run the Aimtrak software? You can always use that to switch them to gamepad buttons if you are having issues.

finally got it to work. for games that need it like T2 or revolution x i had to set the offscreen reload to "0", also make sure the gun was pointed at the screen as per the button assignments in the aimtrak setup and in the aimtrak setup guide. That offscreen reload was my major trip up though. I now have a few .ini files for games that i have configured properly and when i run into a problem i try and match the .ini files to a working game and go from there.

i was having a big problem with hunting games as well. Turns out those games use a pump action shotgun originally so after each shot you have to reload it. Hard to figure that out when your second button isnt working lol
