Ok...went to Home Depot and Ace...no bolts in the dimensions I was looking for. I want small (to fit 11/64 holes, if possible) bolts, minimal head size, to mount my controls. Seems 1/4" was the absolute smallest diameter I could find (and they looked HUGE compared to the 11/64" hole)...and 1/2" length ones seem only available online (Fastenal.com).
Any ideas on where I could get these? I'd like to avoid getting bolts with slots if possible just for looks...
Alternative option is buy the threaded long piece of metal and JB weld that into the holes I'd normally put the bolts through...
(From my perspective smooth top machine screws would actually be even better...if they exist...since there's no square part on them)

Did you look through Bob Roberts Selection of Carriage Bolts? He has a number of common arcade sizes:

Well, that's got potential. Would be nice if the same product didn't have 3 different prices on the page though! :)
Have to decide if black or silver would be better now... :)

I've ordered from these folks before... very happy with them.

Ended up going with ArcadeShop.com. BobRoberts is such a damn mess, and the purchasing FAQ is such a convoluted bunch of craziness, that I just decided to go with something more straightforward. If there was every a 'critical' part I needed, I'm sure I'd go through the rigamarole but...not worth it for some bolts.
